1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

Through the contact and interest forms, we collect the data you provide voluntarily:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Message content
• Date and time of submission

Your IP address is used transiently, in memory, solely to limit repeated submissions (anti-spam) and is not stored in our records.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to respond to your requests and to take the steps preceding a potential collaboration. The principal legal basis is the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in managing and responding to the requests received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Ticking the checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this policy; it does not make the processing conditional on a separate consent.

4. Retention period

We keep the data only for as long as necessary for the purpose of collection:

• Requests and leads (contact and interest forms): a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, unless a contractual relationship arises. If we become partners, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter in accordance with the applicable legal periods (e.g. tax and accounting obligations).
• Anti-abuse technical data (IP address): processed transiently, in memory, solely to limit repeated submissions; it is not stored in our records.

Upon expiry of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients and third parties

We do not sell your data. When hosting on our own domain, the hosting provider may process data acting as a processor.

6. Transfers to third countries

The website's fonts are hosted locally (self-hosted), with no call to external services. Currently, the only resource loaded from an external provider is:

• Unsplash (images.unsplash.com) — demonstrative images; the provider receives the visitor's IP address as part of delivering the image.

Unsplash operates infrastructure that may include servers outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, which may entail an international transfer of data. The basis for processing is our legitimate interest in delivering the visual content (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We intend to eliminate this transfer as well by self-hosting our own photographs, at which point this section will be updated.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access — to find out what data we hold about you.
• Rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure (the "right to be forgotten").
• Restriction of processing.
• Objection to processing, including where based on legitimate interest.
• Portability — to receive the data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

8. Minors

Our services are addressed exclusively to persons with full legal capacity. We do not knowingly collect data of minors under 16 years of age (Art. 8 GDPR). If you notice that a minor has provided us with data, please contact us for its deletion.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
